When asked to name some of the more pernicious challenges small business owners face, government regulatory compliance was right near the top of the list. That's not surprising if you've ever had to sort through the regulations in any of the state or federal agencies or just submit paperwork to start a small business. The best rule of thumb is to ALWAYS check SOURCE INFORMATION first. Secondhand or other disjointed information may be misleading.
